Anyone who uses Regit Point of Sale is entitled to obtain a free copy of MultiCharge by downloading the program.  The program is also included on any Regit Point-of-Sale CD obtained after October 1, 2002 (Run mcsetup.exe).  You may also request a copy on CD for $10 to cover shipping and handling.

What if  I want to stay with my existing processor?
No Problem.  Regit Point of Sale also interfaces with PC-Charge Pro which will work with your existing processor or you may use your existing credit card terminals.  Over 40% of Regit Merchants still use their terminal equipment for processing credit cards.

Will I need any additional equipment?
MultiCharge uses a computer modem to communicate with the processing company.  Because credit card processing companies process older baud rates, some newer modems will not drop back to these speed, in which case you will be requested to purchase a specific modem that will allow processing. You will also need a magnetic strip reader to swipe your credit cards.  We sell the magnetic strip readers for $89.
